I read some threads and people saying that the screws on NZ are rusting. I just feel amazed why doesn't sony use stainless screws? I am living in Hong Kong where the himidity is a bit high, so that I am worried if it will happen to my NZ as well. Will sony repair it?

Mine already rusty. Sony will not repair it but they might replace it a new screw.

Like Stussy, I live in a high humidity environment - Singapore - and my screws are oxidising. I will wait to see the extent over time and then see what Sony says. It is truly disappointing that such a flagship should be affected this way
