App to Launch at a Certain Time

I recall there being an app that would launch a selected app every day at a certain time. I need something for OS4, so APT is out.

I've searched at Freeware Palm, but can't find it.

Anyone know what that app is?

I actually found the app I was looking for. It's called LookAtMe. Smaller footprint than BellTime.
