I bought a used Palm Centro a few days ago; but, the little center 4-way button requires extreme pressure to activate the down movement. Left, right and up movements work fine. I have seen this same problem mentioned in a couple of other places on the net so I assume this is somewhat common.
I realize I must disassemble the Centro to fix this; but, I want to know if anyone can give me guidance on what is needed to fix it. My hope is to have whatever I need on hand so I can do the take-apart and reassembly in one sitting.
