I purchased a peg sj22/u and i a not able to install software for it. I am running windows vista home premium. Any ideas???? :confused:

The Sony PEG SJ22/U can only run apps for PalmOS 4 and prior. This device cannot run PalmOS 5 (aka Garnet) apps.

This device was made long before Vista hit the streets, the drivers and software included in the CD-ROM was meant for Windows XP and prior.

It uses Palm Desktop 4.1 for hotsync data and install PalmOS apps on the device.

If you own the original CD it will install PalmDesktop plus the hotsync driver for your Clié.

I too have a Sony CLIE PEG-SJ22/U that I just acquired through craigslist last month and have tried an older version of this software(version 5.41 Build 060417). I have been successful on using it with Palm OS 4 by finding the appropriate themes(the only one I have found so far is a star trek LCARS theme). Would anybody have an idea as to where I could ascertain the appropriate themes for this version of ZLauncher? Anything will be greatly appreciated. I will try to keep tabs on this post.
