No Email Notification of Thread Responses

I have stopped getting email notification of responses to threads I've posted or subscribed to. I doublechecked my profile/options and it hasn't changed.
So, what's going on with that?

Has anyone else stopped getting email notifications of thread responses?
I mean involuntarily, I want to get the emails and in my profile/options set-up, the email notification is on, but still no notices. This is the start of the third day.

I haven't subscribed to a thread in awhile, but I'll do it now and see if it works for me. If I see a problem, I can let Reggie know, but given that it's a holiday weekend, it may not be fixed for a few days.

I have the same problem, plus I can't post new threads, and I don't know why. I haven't done anything BAD here!!! Sigh:(
How do I get in touch with somebody to solve these problems? I can't find any e-mail address on the web-site here!!

I made some changes in the server. On my last reply, I received an email notification so it seems like it's working. Please verify if you are receiveing email notification already.

I did NOT receive notification for any responses (including this thread) so far.

I found the e-mail with the registration code but I could not register. I get this message:

We could not activate your account because this web address is not valid. Make sure that you have the entire address from the email, and that your email client has not split the address over several lines.

I tried the activation form too but after putting the registration code I get the message again.

my email responses haven't stopped, but they've slowed WAY down. This might be a good thing, though. I was a little alarmed when I signed on to the internet the other day and discovered that I had over 300 un-read messages:eek: , almost all of which were reply notifications

Yea, there were some dog avatar show on another thread, so I give my little buddies some recognizition. That is the best I can get with MS Cam. :)

EMail Notification has not been working for me for at least 4 months here on CS. The first few weeks it worked fine - then suddenly it stopped.

Well... and I don't know since when, I cannot start my own new threads anymore (access denied). I can only reply to threads. Maybe it has something to do with the recent MySql Database crash on CS. No idea.

Never heard any feedback from the forum masters.....

I did many times and still no email reply. The last email reply from CS was at 9:11 pm GMT, May 22, 2003 (hmm, 9:11, that's weird).

Man, those little puppies are cool! Anyway, the only thing I can think of is your Explorer option as far as Cookies go. I know when I had Mcafee's latest version, it was integrated with Explorer and MAPI clients as well. I've had problems with CS before and I just kept fussing with it until it worked. Keep staring new threads. Good luck!

I've been a CS member for only a couple of weeks, but so far, email notification works great everytime. Do you have a spam filter or something like that? that could be stopying some of the mails...

I just got word that there is really a problem sending mails to AOL, Earthlink, etc addresses. It's mainly on our side due to a problem with a reverse DNS lookup (some might know about this). It should be resolved in a couple of days.
