NX70V Skins and Background

I am currently using the supplied Clie NX70V launcher skin and background - what is the easiest to add other skins/backgrounds?

Pretty much any of the third party launchers make it very easy to add skins and backgrounds. Download a few of them yourself and try it. The top picks right now for the Clie are Zlauncher and YiShow. You can also check out Megalauncher, but adding a background is a lot easier in Zlauncher or YiShow. They load jpgs or bmps straight off the MS, where Megalaunhcer requires them to be converted on the desktop (last time I checked).
