Please help

I have a T|E2 and I was trying to install the UpToDate.

The first time appeared one mistakes at startup:
../UTD_Main.cpp, Line:704, Library: HTMLLibrary not fonund.

Then I install the file: HtmlLib, and the problem disappeared, but now appeared a new mistakes:
SystemMgr.c, Line:6714, SysLinkerStub(): Failed to load the shared library.

Please anyone know what file is needed?
