Clie wont calibrate

I need your help, my old PEG N610C wont calibrate anymore, when i try do do it, it ask me for the usual taps on the screen, but keep asking the taps again and again, forcing me to soft reset.
I also tried a hard reset, but it didnt solve the problem.
Can anyone help?

After a hard reset you never get past the pen calibration? Might be time for a new PDA :(

Are using a screen protector? If you are, try to remove it first. Cleaning the screen with an eyeglasses cloth might also help. Try also to look at the sides of the screen there might be a particle pressing the screen at the sides.

It does have a screen protector, il will try to remove it and chek the screen, thank for your help.
If this doesnt work ill advice my dad to buy a gorgeous NX like mine!!!
