Too many crashes(actually freezes causing necessary reset) on my NX70.
Ditto BugMe(at least with LauncherX)
Looking for something else. Any suggestions?

Is the lockup due to alarm settings? I think there may be a conflict with DB-HR and SwitchDash with alarms. I'm communicating with Max about it.

I haven't found anything better than DB, for any $. I prefer using the low-res DB to any other hires drawing app, but I'm using DB-HR 1.1 with no problems as long as I don't use the alarms.

Alan, you're probably stuck with DiddleBug v2.60, the non-HR one. It doesn't look as good, but it's reliable. BTW, I've been trying the HR version since the threads earlier in the week, and I haven't had any problems yet. What kinds of issues were you having?

Every once in a while the whole program will freeze and I have to reset.

So while you're creating new notes? Do you have anything like Graffiti Anywhere on your system? I just ran a bunch of tests on mine and can't get it to crash.

It's kind of a whimsical freeze when I go from DiddleBug to another app(not always).
I don't use any Graffiti at all just the keyboard. I went back to the 1.1beta but same thing happened. Maybe I'll just re install v2.60.

Hmm, that's interesting. I noticed you said going from DB to another app, and didn't say going back to a launcher. By going to another app, do you mean using McPhling? If so, what's your activation method for McPhling? Have you tried a clean install of DB-HR? I didn't have it on my system previously and just tried it out, so that could be one difference.

Don't have McPhling and, yes, I tried a new install.

Hmmm, so basically it froze when you went back to LauncherX from DB-HR, right? I'm using ZL, which may be why I don't see it. Does it also happen when using the hardware buttons? If so, that would probably rule out LauncherX as the cause. Is DB-HR in RAM?

Also, it could very well be that it's a bug everyone will see and I just haven't seen it yet due to limited use. I've done a bunch of testing on it this morning to try and make it crash, but I'm sure I haven't tried every scenario yet.

Rod, I actually had it in ROM.
Maybe I'll try it in RAM and see.

I have mine in Flash too, so I bet that's not it.

Well I downloaded a fresh version that I'll keep in RAM for a while.
It's a sporadic thing so...?
Thanks Rod(again)

Let us know if the problem comes back, and I'll post here too if it ever crashes for me.
