I recall from using WordSmith many years ago that there was a Windows program to convert docs from Word to WS Palm format. I've been unable to find it now, though. Anyone know where I can download such a program?

Speaking of WordSmith, I recently visited the Blue Nomad website and found nothing but a Yahoo Storefront. No support, no product pages. Sad.

Sorry I can't help. The Palm OS is dying and the developers who made lots of truly neat applications are dying off as well. It seems to be part of the technological age : bloom and die in the blink of an eye. Seems to be a terrible waste all around.

The WordSmith conduit did the conversion if I remember, or maybe WordSmith could read RTF files. Wow it was along time ago, I can't really remember.

Do you still have the wordSmith PRC file? If so, load it and copy a RFT file over and see if it will read it.

I believe you are right. I will try to remember to check home tonight and see if I still have something. I bought WordSmith when it was new....Indeed a long time ago. ;-) Still using my LifeDrive though.
