Transferring to new computer ?

What is the best way to transfer everything I have now hotsyncing over to a new machine. I'd like to do this without missing a beat. :( I have things like pocket quicken that hotsync when I do my normal hotsync.

Load your Palm desktop from your Sony CD onto the new PC. On your old PC identify all the 3rd party conduits (like Pocket Quicken) and list them. Then install all those apps on your new PC skipping any prompts to sync. When finished installing all your apps that install 3rd party conduits, open the "Install Tool" and delete all the items queued up to be installed. Close the Install Tool. Then cradle your device and hotsync. You will be asked for a User ID/Name. Be sure to add the exact same name (case sensitive) you were using on your old PC!. After you enter that continue to sync and that should result in not "missing a beat!" :)

That sounds to easy..:) Is that going to add all my address to the new puter also ? Never tried transfering this before.
