Just got a new computer with Windows 7. I installed Palm Desktop and Doc-to-Go and it won't Hotsync. My computer says the driver isnt installed. I've tried everything in the software read me file and on the renaissance learning site. I'm still waiting on their technical support to reply. How do I get my Dana to hotsync to my desktop? HELP!

Thanks!

Sorry to awaken a dead thread, but have you tried a network hotsync? (Assuming you have a Dana Wireless.)
