I got a new USB sync cable for my TX.

It look like you just push it straight in to connect.

When I tried to disconnect it, it took what seem to be a lot of effort to pull it out.

Is there a technique I need to know?

thx

It shouldn't really be that hard to take out, mabe the cable you bought is not a palm brand product, anyways I usually try to slightly disconnect it from one side first and then the other one comes out very easy

It looked to me that the end opposite to the power connector had a slight 'hook' to the pin, so I thought I'd unplug it with a little twist like you mentioned.

Otherwise, I think it's just tight from being new and an off-brand.

thx

Mine is and always has been hard to remove. That's why I WiFi when I hotsync. ;)

The trick to disconnecting my cable is to pull it off one side at a time - asymetrically.
