NZ90 Locking up with Memory Stick

I have a NZ90 and I am usign a Lexar memory Stick 128 MB. When I turn on my clie, I get an error that only happens when the memoroy stick is in:

"An error occurred in the application you are using. Sys0505 (,41)"

Does anyone know what that means?

try to reformat the MS or remove any newly installed software before you encouter the problem.

Thanks for the tip. I opened a band new (blank) stick and I get the same error on opening the memory stick or on a reset.

Any ideas?

Sorry for the dumb question, but is the write protect off?? Otherwise I have no clue at the moment of what app is trying to access the MS.
