Clie IR port

Hello.
Im trying to use my IR port with a program.but it keeps telling me that the port is already used by another program..and to check it in my Pref..but my pref has nothing about the IR in it.what do i do here?
how would i change it?

thats not nice.
and to unregistered, delete an app, test the IR, if the IR works that app was the culprit.If not, keep doing this until you find the bad app
