HotSync

I have recently recieved a Sony Clie NX-70V. I got it yesterday and tried to HotSync file into my Clie, but it asked for my ID, and I clicked "OK" and it said something was interrupted and some files could not be backed up. Can someone help me with this?

When you install Hot-sync the first time (along with Palm-desktop, Agendus or other stuff like this) you are ask for an ID. That is crucial. Only clicking OK doesn't produce a ID!
I would recommend you deinstall the whole software and install again.
And BTW: RTFM!!!

The ID the hot sync requested is the name of the user on that computer. just open your palm desktop, under tools, users. add your name and click OK. use the same name on your NX
