I'm using a T5 and AppShelf.
In AppShelf, you can place shortcuts for files, where you can launch them directly from the browser. It worked for JPG files (RescoViewer), but it won't work for pTunes. Surprisingly, it works on my E2, but not on my T5.
On T5, it gives me an error code: 0x050A
I've researched this and came up with:
sysErrLibNotFound
The Exchange Manager couldn't find library or application to respond to URL.
Now could somebody tell me what is the name of the library that I need in this case?
Thank you.

Maybe the history update page will give you a clue.

Thanks, I've already visited the page, but it has nothing to explain my problem. :(
I've contacted the developer. Hope he replies.
Until then, I'd like to hear your opinions guys about this..

Haisook, what files are you starting? the error message tells you that the exchange manager canīt find an application for the supplied type of file. if it were, say, an MP3 file, itīd mean that on your device MP3īs arenīt tied to pTunes.
Iīd suppose that you donīt have filebrowserlib installed and didnīt tell appshelf that you donīt. so - whatīs your setting within appshelf for file operations in "card/file open settings", which is where you get from "menu -> basic -> 2nd page" ?

You're right, juggernaut#2. H. Imazeki, the developer of AppShelf, replied to my email, and also told me about the missing libraries. In Palm T|T5, they are: FileBrowserLib-PFiA.prc and FileBrowser-PFil.prc. Ironically, I had these files already installed, but I had disabled Files (the ROM-based app) from starting after a reset via CleanStart. I enabled it, and installed a new version of pTunes, and now it works.
Thanks.
