How to make skins

Now that I have chosen a new launcher, I am looking at making my own skins - as it seems that ZLauncher does not have that many I like... Themese, I mean.. How does one go about making a new theme / skin for ZLauncher?

There is a directory called ThemeDoc in the ZLauncher zip file. Its files documents all the icon positions in the theme file. You can use Constructor 1.8.1 or better to create a theme. Most folks just seem to use an existing theme and modify it, but there are some unique ones like CopperDeckII (my favorite) that were created from scratch. The latter process is time consuming.
