I once used one of those screen protectors (which I didn't like very much) and to take it off you can use scotch tape as n2ifp said, or you can use a little pin CAREFULLY to raise the edge a little (this option is at your own risk) and then simply use something to take it off

I used the plastic backing to "pry off" one corner. You need to be patient and calm. Just keep trying until you can slide the plastic backing underneath the protector and lift it slightly. Then use a tweezer to pull the protector until it's lifted enough to grab with your fingers.

I know those screen protectors are pain the butt. I vowed to not ever put another one on.

Good luck. Remember the key is to be patient. Don't rush and don't use anything sharp on your screen.

I once put on a cheap screen protecter from ebay, and I spent an hour and a half putting it on. I worked it so hard to remove the bubbles that the plastic had actually streched beyond the length of the screen. it was no trouble to take off at that point.

I have been trying to figure out the same thing.. how to take it off. I am going to wait it out, use this screen protector up, then try using the scotch tape method. quite a shame that this protector has been such a hassle, i usually enjoy sony's products. Has anyone been satisfied with the performance of this particular protector?

Oh.. I just remove the screen proteter today. Is a good thing that I pay money. ( hard earned money) or I would have used a hammer and a chisel to get that thing of my NX. it seems I'm not a patient man

I don't use them anymore. The last time my screen got scratched because of one, never again. Fortunately it was an older PPC and HP paid me back as the result of a class action suit. From there I moved to the Palm OS format.

Finger nails is a good way. Get some small scissors and create your own living screen protector removal tool out of one. If your nails are too short talk to your wife, or wait a week.

Many times the bubbles will remove themselves if you wait a bit.

don't forget that air bubbles typically evaporate over a few days.

secondly, those screen protectors are reusable - just wash and dry.

this is basically the same as the brando screen protector.

Can someone comment on the Boxwave screen protectors? are they good quality? I finally removed my sony protector with my fingernails, it was a real pain. I am ordering the boxwave one now, as it was well received by handheld computing magazine. what do you guys think about that brand?

Finnally!! I got it off by taking my stylus and sticking it under the corner of the protecter then simply pulling it off. I just ordered some G2's!
