Hi:

I was updating a T/X for a friend and had just purchased SDHC when it died in my hands. It won't power on and appears to have gone on to meet its maker. Do you folks think it's worth sending the non-responsive palm in for repair through one of the 3rd party companies?

I went on craigslist and found a used T/X, luckily a flash T/X, but it won't see my friend's 4gb card or any of my 4gb cards. I may keep the flash palm and give my friend my backup palm--in either case I'll be getting an additional PowerSDHC installation. All of the other palms that have passed through my hands see the 4gb card. Why not this one?

Any suggestions?

Puzzled,

Tom

I'm puzzled too. Are you sure this card is the non standard SD type and not the standard SDHC type? In which case you would have to have SDHC installed in order to recognize it?

Hi:

I tried two standard 4gb sd cards, not sdhc. It's my intention to buy the PowerSDHC later but I want to figure out why it can't read a 4gb card. It will read a 512mb card without a problem.
