hey guys, i have been using boxwave on all my previous clies, had no problems visually on t615 nor t665, i just ordered my third one for my NR70, and i just finished puttin it on, but the first thing i noticed was that on white or light color background, the protector sorta ripples the light, does anyone know what i'm talking bout? i never had this problem with my old boxwaves, but this one kinda ruined it for me, whatchu guys think? is it defective? has anyone noticed this problem on there nr's or nx's? kinda hard to explain, but its like.. umm.. when you video record a computer monitor thats on, and you noticed those ripples goin down the screen, its like dat..

Do you mean Newton Rings? Kind of oil-like rings? Apart from that, and this question is especially directed to hherbzilla, how does the boxwave compare to G2 or Brando? Is it really a sort of in-between?
I switched from Brando to G2 and haven't looked back ever since, although the G2 is not without negative points, such a the enormous grease magnet it is.

Brando was much "milkier"... G2 is, as you know, crystal clear but highlights all the fingerprints... and Boxwave is perhaps a happy medium. It's clearer than Brando but isn't a "grease magnet" like G2.
I would characterize the effect as a screen flicker. I didn't notice it at first. Actually, I probably had the Boxwave on for weeks before the first time I saw it. I thought my screen flickered and was wondering what that was about. Then I realized it was a pattern caused by the Boxwave. I say "flicker" because the pattern is one of horizontal lines and not rings. Again, as j0nblayz indicated, it's noticeable only under certain circumstances. Nonetheless, I would still stick with Boxwave over the others I've tried.
