I am having problems loading the 3 different Vegas Maps from Mapopolis. I get an error about not enough ram and I have 4 megs free. I have tried to transfer it to both the internal drive and MS with no luck. I need both for Vegas, the map and the luck.

1. Are you trying to load them "contiguously"? If you are, they may be taking up too much RAM. What are the sizes of the map files? By unselecting the "load contiguous" option, you may have better luck.

2. Which map versions are you loading? The "Platinum" maps are nice with directions and all, but do you really need the driving directions? Whatever "level" map you subscribed to, you are entitled to download all "lower-level" maps. For example, if you are trying to use the Platinum map, try using the Enhanced version instead. (This is based on my information about the yearly "full" subscription, not individual map purchases.3.

3. Free up more RAM. I know this may seem obvious, but based on your answer to question 1 above, you may need to.

The 3 maps I am talking about are the 3 different levels of maps without any luck. I have done them individually. There is plenty of room for them with 4 mb of memory, 1500kb. Asks for only 1 mb free to work.

When I have problem with any of my maps I just redownload them. Just go to Mapopolis, sign in and click on "previous downloads".... see if that helps. Also, you gotta be careful about hacks. Some hacks can corrupt some of your maps. Good luck!

I already have three on there for a trip, is there a limit to how many can be on the software? I just need the Vegas one to complete the 4 counties I will be traveling in.
