I've experienced enough crappy customer service with some companies, so now when I experience good customer service, I'm almost shocked. Well today, I experienced great customer service from Handmark, so I wanted to let other know. I sent them two email today about an upgrade of Monopoly, and both were replied to within 5 minutes, and it might have been closer to 2 minutes. Amazing!!
Now, you could argue that the game was expensive enough that they better have service like that, which would be a fair argument, but other companies would take that much money and still screw you on customer service, so it's nice to deal with a company that's not like that!!
