Stay on in cradle only works intermittently

Anyone have this problem or know what might be causing it? When I'm working, I have my SJ30 plugged in and always on -- at least that's what I want.

I have the Prefs set up for "Always stay on in cradle." Some days it does just that. Other days, it keeps shutting off after the 2 or 3 minutes.

Thoughts?

Do you have security turned on? When security is on, the "stay on in cradle" option is ignored.

OnCradleOn (search at PalmGear) will work with security apps, and it's free!

If I remember right I had to fiddle with it a little. Try turning both OnCradleOn and Stay On (prefs) off and then both of them back on with your pda out of the cradle when you toggle them. Hope that works! It works for me with EasyLock.
