I seldom jump up and down about a product/support, but I must say that these folks are absolutely in a class by themselves.

First, I worked with them on jog dial not working with their current Bible reader and they have promised the next release will corrrect jog dial support on T665Cs. Apparently, Sony didn't "fully enable" all jog dial features on T665Cs.

Here's the mind blower: I bought their product after midnight last night, and emailed their support to get the unlocks for a couple of "freebees" they had promised me for helping debug the jog dial. At 8 am this morning (they are based in US) an email from the lady I had corresponded with during testing was in my mailbox with the unlock codes.

In this day and time, I am not used to this kind of support. Not only do they have the slickest Bible reader for Palm OS, but they are terriffic on support as well.

:D

I'm glad you were able to work with them and get a product that you and whomever else it may apply to can be happy with.  These guys definitely deserve great consideration when shopping for Bible software... in my opinion the best out there!!!

That's interesting that you say "they are based in US", I thought they were based in the UK.

Either way I've been equally pleased with their support in the past as I was involved in early betas when they first came on the scene.

The Concordance with You is one of my most used Bible apps.

IMHO, yes! I bought the Laridian reader along with the free WEB translation just to trial it. The reader interface, like Olivetree's, is very bland. Check it out at:
