List apps running in the background

Hi, my T|X is suddenly losing it's power faster than before, is there a way to know what applications might be running in the background that could be using the battery ? (sort of a task manager for windows)

It's probably the battery aging.

But looking at the full notification list in PalmInternals might help.

Periodically I have had to reset the charging circuit. Do a soft reset while it is connected to the charger and leave it for a few hours. Sometimes the batteries and chargers get to where they appear to charge and discharge too fast.
