Any h.264 IP streaming apps?

Im thinking about setting up a h264 streaming DVR/Camera system at my house, It would be nice to know if there is an app for PALMOS that would allow you to connect to your IP and port

I dont know if kroma (if I remember the name correctly) player can do this.
