Hi

I finally got a battery replacement for my antique TH55 and it can now play video without draining my battery in 10 seconds.

However, to my horror, it will not hotsync anymore ! I keep getting the connection not established error on my TH55.

I have read somewhere that similar problems occur with other Palm OS devices as well. Anyone have any solutions ?

Romy

Hi

You mean Hard Reset ? Maybe I should give it a try but I need to find some way to backup my current stuff first since I can't Hotsync in the first place.

I'm sorry, I mean Soft Reset not Hard Reset.

Hi

Tried soft reset, no go. Have not tried hard reset yet.

I am beginning to believe that the hotsync circuitry was damaged during the battery replacement. Funny thing is, charging still works, and both of them use the same port.
