Remap palm graffiti pad buttons to the centro?

Hi, I am wondering if there are anyone who knows about the remap of graffiti buttons to the palm Centro. Some of these buttons are either missing or integrated into the "option-" hotkey. I am trying to play some of the older games and can't really get anywhere without these oldies.

Here is what I have so far:
Option-Home -> Graffiti area home button
Option-Shift -> Graffiti area find button
Menu -> Well, menu

If someone knows how to carry out the old "favorites/calc" button on the old graffiti pad using the Centro please share!

P.S. I have tried to remap one of the "option - [hard button]" to Calc from the prefs..but I don't think its a physical equivalent of the graffiti pad buttons.

APT 2.03 should allow you to map any button to do anything you want (almost) for a specific program or globally.
