boxwave usb cable

hello everyone,

I just purchased a usb sync/charge cable from boxwave. The thing is pretty cool, it retracts when not in use. I have no experience with these types of charging cables, but notice that the light on my clie oes not go off when the battery is fully charged. It remains on even if it is 100 percent charged. I am wondering if this is a problem or normal operation.
