Sound problem

Hi, I just bought my first PDA, the Clie T665, on Tuesday. While playing a game last night, the sound went off. After the game, I turned off the t665 and turned it back on and the sound was back. This morning, while showing my boss a movie trailer, the sound went off again.

Does anyone know what me be causing this? Do I need to download newer drivers or something? or did I get a defective T665?

Thanks in advance for any tips or insights.
