Help My Clie Died!

Hey I just wanted to say thanks to all those who helped me with words of advice and encouragment when my clie died at new years. Although the thread is no longer there, I just wanted to say thanks to those guys.

After several attempts at contacting Sony, and arguing with pimple faced no nothings at Best Buy, I was givin a brand new nx70 to replace my loss. And here is my baby:

Looks like we have almost the exactly same story. I know you, like me, will miss your old Clie. But as you spend more and more time with the NX, you will really start to enjoy it. It is a very very powerful handheld.

Now, that's service for Best Buy - what was the time period from your original buy to getting your new NX - was it less than 30 days?
