Problem with SDHC 32gb

I just receive a SDHC 32gb card cheap and after trying to fill it up (On Linux) with 11gb of data it just stop at 8gb and now Linux report one partition of 8mb RAW and cannot format anymore!

Is this card fried or there is a possibility to refresh the card to get the 32gb partition one pore time?

sounds like you got a fake - a 8gb card with a FAT made to look like 32gb
return it
