Is there any app or hack that can disable and enable the Memory Stick temporarily? I don't want to take out my MS so often but I don't want other apps to read my card most of the time. It'll be great if there is an app that can disable the MS card and make other apps think that the card is missing or not inserted. When I want to access the MS card, just run the certain app/hack again and enable the card.
It'll be great if there is an app that can serve this purpose. Any info on this?
Thanks and Regards,
FW

I don't know about that, but there is a program called "Launch This" that disables the automatic go-to-MS feature when one is popped in.
What apps do you have that try to access the MS so often? I don't think mine do, unless they're specified to (and maybe some of them have an option so you can select the directories they try to read from, ie BDicty?)...

I am puzzled as to why, I don't understand what purpose that would serve. Unless you run most apps, they wouldn't look at the MS anyway. Maybe there is an alternative solution.

I with n2 up...I don't see why your apps are accessing the MS so much. Are you sure they are?
