Camera not working

Has anyone else had this problem? I was snapping a few pics of my newborn son with no problem. I switched over to the video recorder and got no image on the screen. Switched back to the picture taker and still no image. A soft and hard reset has done nothing to fix this.

If a hard reset didn't fix it, then it's a hardware problem and needs to be fixed or exchanged. I presume you checked to make sure the lens wasn't rotated.

Yeah, it was rotated out. Guess, I'll be taking it back to BB. Thank god for the PRP!

I did have the same problem with mine...and a soft reset later it works fine...take it back....
