when i was reading e-books this evening. suddenly a pop-up window jumped out .
FATAL alert
MEMORY mrg.C line :3675
INVALID CHUNK PTR
AND there was a reset botten. then i clicked.it rested and semms everything was going well. but there was a question mark appeared on ms icon. and i can do nothing expect reset after reset.
i do not know what's up and there are lots of important data.i do not want to lose them so i didn't not do hard reset .
i am very nervous.i checked receipt and tomorrow is the lastday in 14 days.(thay said they can exchange me a new one in 14 days)

i searched old posts and finded one seems had a same problem.but he used sj22. i do not not the method is also appreciate to me or not.
by the way. my first language is not English,hope u could write easy english . ta.

and i even can not launch menu. i have tried to fo soft reset many times. but it didn't disappead as that guy say.is noways to do except hard rest?

If your RAM is corrupted, a hard reset maybe your only option, unless you know exactly what file is bad. Make sure the memory stick is removed and try a soft reset again. If that doen't fix it, then do the hard reset.

also, try a warm reset and see if this is a software issue or hardware issue

i did what you said and it is ok without a MStick.
but if there is the memorystick in slot. problem appeared again.

another problem is when nz90 sync to pc . it always no respons .i cancled both pc and clie.the problem still there.only way i can do is switch it off.

i have backup all my data to both clie desktop and MStick.but because of some reason,after hard reset i clicked backup botton instead of restore.everything has gone on my MS now.i think the only way to get my data back is sync with pc. the problem as i said before.it is no respons when sync graffit displayed on nz90.what should i do now?

Sounds like you have corrupted a file or folder on your memory stick, and that's not good. I doubt your problems are hardware related, more likely software issues.
You can use Scandisk or equivilent to possibly fix the errors on the memory stick by using your external card reader.

i find out one point that i can not use sync to install cjkos.i opened eachfile undeer thee foder and copy all of tem viaMSick caaard reader instead of hot sync.
Everything seems allright now.
