Recently I updated the NYC Zagat to Go data and suddenly trying to switch to "New York City" causes the screen to go black followed by a reboot of the Palm. All the other cities are working in Zagat To Go.
This had been working for several years. I recently installed this year's version of Zagat to Go (2009) serial number but, of course, I still run Zagat to Go 5.0 because the new versions only work on Palm Phones.
I reported the problem to Handmark (publisher of Zagat to Go).
Their reply was that it was a "known problem" and that they would contact me when they had a fix. That was 2 weeks ago.
Has anyone else seen this problem or have any ideas on how to fix it?
