Is it possible to use the new Palm OS with "old" Clié 675/665?

No. OS 5 requires a different processor, but handheld devices tend not to be OS-upgradable anyway, with the occassional exception of a system patch.

Just jump on the tg50 bandwagon, you'll get used to the light-up thumbboard, promise :D I consider it a great t665 replacement. All it replaced from the t665 was sacrificed the graffiti area to put in a built in light up thumbboard.
