"*** ERR: failed saving roken" = Life Drive Dead

Hi, folk.

Well, I'm using Power Drive in my LD, but yesterday begins this problem: with CF or MD, the LifeDrive show this exact message:

*** ERR: failed saving roken

After I press any button four times, the LD show this message again for each press and begin a boot after the last, but load the first screen (Pa1mOne) and in second screen (Palm Powered) load 2 seconds and reset.

If I try a quick, secure or warm reset, the LD reset in exact moment that I press the button do choice;

If I try boot pressing the center button, load the boot in first screen and reset the same way, but only without the message;

If I try boot pressing the lateral button (rotation button), the screen show the message:

"Welcome to the PalmPowerups LifeDrive Bootloader.
Current Version is 425
Running for the 551st time...

* Restoring token 'snum'
*** ERR: failed saving roken * Restoring token 'Wfid'
*** ERR: failed saving roken * Restoring token 'blth'
*** ERR: failed saving roken * Restoring token 'adcc'

Again; I insist, this happen with my 2 CF (04GB and 16GB) and with my MD, and my LD is dead in this moment.

Searching some thing about this error, I only found here, but without solution...

Someone have some suggest to solve this? There is some way to 'reflash' without go inside the Palm OS system or using Windows XP?

Or can I to recovery from original SD card? I have a image in my PC...

this means your flash in your LD lost your tokens, powerdrive tried to restore them, and failed.


this in general is bad, but does not mean dead LD
reset while holding the bottom rigth app button
this is step-by-step confirmation mode
up=yes down=no
answer yes to all questions, but no to question "tokens"

Well, I tried this too, but the problem continue: the LD only begin the boot and reset in second bootscreen, with CF or MD... there is some way to 'reflash' directly from boot screen, before load the S.O., booting directly from SD, for example? Because when I pressed the media button, only restore 'to card', and not 'to flash memory'...

There is some way to instal the Palm Life Drive Update 2.0, to restore de flash?
