Trouble deleting file from Centro

I put CardReader on my daughter's Centro but found that it won't run there. I could not remove it from the internal memory, with the regular Palm Delete dialog and with Filez. It says it is protected. It's not marked read-only but is a resource db so I assume this is the reason. Should I just change it and delete it or do I need to use Dr. Pruss's ForceDelete?

You can do a warm reset: button Up pressed, reset by removing and reinserting the battery, wait for the orange logo with the black progress bar to go and when the grey logo appears, release Up button. This procedure is similar to Windoze Safe Mode. It will load apps without extensions/hacks, etc.

Then Delete the application.

BTW, CardReader should work on the Centro, be sure you have the latest version.
