SJ33 : Database names for built-in Address Book

Hi,

I'm now using Key Contacts and am wondering if I can delete
the built-in databases for Address Book.

If so, what are the names of these databases and what
utility can I used to delete them? I have GentleMan and FileZ
and it looks as either of these can delete db files ... is that
correct?
