How's about real battery life, news just came out- the battery will be 1150ma ?!?
Didn't they learn fm the probs w/Centro battery life? Every other stat seems to be appropriate for using a cloud-based system.
Also, how's about local storage for backup? I can't see leaving backups of my data on the web...
I belive webos uses a web synced backup of your data from the cloud not live cloud based, that would decrease performance
I have a Centro and there isn't anything wrong with the battery life on mine at all. In fact it's twice as good as my XV6800 and recharges almost twice as fast. Only problem with the Centro is the lack of reset hole.

I feel your pain, I hate having to disassemble my centro just to take the battery out, its not like its a desecrate movement
Ps: um...... O_O

Unless it's frozen, you can use a software to reset. I use mReset. Fortunately, I barely use it and I only had to take the battery once. The Centro became the most stable PalmOS device I had. :)
Regards,
oh yes the centro by itself is very stable without a bunch of 3rd party stuff on it. Palm finaly got it right to fix most of the bugs before releasing it
well anything was better than the old palms that required you to search for a pin to fit inside the tini reset hole

Ah yes always fun with my M130. What will you have to do to reset a Pre, or will it just never lock up because it is so grandiose.

Nokias reset or need that you take the battery off and put it back to "un-freeze". Even Linux system have to be reset too once in a while. There's no "reset-less" computing platform. :)

Oh, no one ever told you to unscrew the top of the stylus?
the m100 had an all plastic stylus (an oversized centro stylus), took a few years for palm to add the multi-function stylus/resetter XP
