according to TI the TI3440 has an embeded POWERVR SGX™ graphics core
it also says that it supports s-video output (remember the CES presentation?) maybe the palm pre is capable of hooking up to your tv and such

Would be another selling point, it slices, it dices, and its great for presentations too, and how much is this great, gotta have it now gizmo going to cost?

that is a dev-only feature, i believe. That is to say you will not be seeing it on your Pre, should you buy into the hype and get one.
