Can I use VG skins from my old NR on NX??

On my NR I had this program called Skin Manager and the directory on the Memory stick called SilkSkins>

Well, I am afraid to use it on the NX? Are they compatible? Thanks!

download photoskin, it can use NR skins on NX,and also handle status bar skins, but not NR ones.
You will need to download wondersilk(free) to use wondersilk skins.
