Hello,

I have just bought T625c with memory stick 128MB but there is a problem installing Memory export from the CD. Is there is a way to install the driver for the memory stick so I can access from Windows explorer.

Many thanks

Hamdi

Just try using MSImport on the Clie side, then go into Windows explorer and see if you see a new drive you can drag and drop to. I never use MSExport.

Dear Anita,
Thanks for your reply. I tried to use MS Import but when i connect to the PC it requests the driver for mass storage, which i don't have, not even on the installing CD. I cannot see any new drive on windows explorer so i don't know how to access it.

Regards
Hamdi

Well, I just launched MS Import to see what drivers it's using. . .

They are under USB devices and according to my system properties on Windows ME, are provided by Microsoft. . . . usbstor.sys, vmm32.vxd (which is a kernel driver) and usbntmap.sys. . . .

It's showing up as another removable disk drive in device manager, that needs no other drivers, other than the USB ones.

When I deactivate MSImport, that item and its drivers disappear from my USB list in device manager.

If that's any help at all.
