Lately when I run MS Import, my memory stick comes up as a drive, I can browse through the folders, but the minute I try to copy something to the memory stick the computer freezes up and the only way to get it back is to lift the clie off the cradle. Is anyone else having this problem?
I am running Windows XP Pro, and never had a problem before using MS Import until recently. I have tried uninstalling MS Export and the SCSI driver and reinstalling. I have done a hard reset and that didn't help, so it must be a driver issue on the computer. I've tried everything I can think of and still nothing. Please help.

I had the same problem before, solved it by formating the memory stick. I think it is because there are some files are broken.

It's possible to have corrupted files and/or folders on the memory stick. I have fixed them before by using Scandisk or Nortons Disk Doctor with an external MS card reader.

BTW, if it was aproblem with the desktop PC, usually MS Import won't connect at all.

I tried formatting the memory stick as well. I have two different memory sticks and the problems seem to be with both of them. I have a Sony 128mb and a Lexar. It's driving me crazy because it worked fine before any of this.

However I think you may be right about the memory stick, only because it won't work at home or at work running two different systems (Win 98 and Win XP Pro).

How do you recommend formatting the memory stick?
