I used to use Launcher III and was able to create an icon in the RAM for the file located on the CF card. Now I switched to Megalauncher, but would like to create couple icons. Is there any other way, except installing LauncherX. Thanks.

I think if the files are in Palm/Launcher/ then all you have to do is have megalauncher synchronize that folder. I know it works in ZLauncher but I can't remember if megalauncher has this feature...

Creating shortcuts is what he was referring to :)

That is correct. Shortcuts not icons. Sorry. I am trying to figure out how to create shortcuts. I understood that it would allow to use hotsync conduit for that program even if the program itself is on the card, but shortcut is in RAM. Thanks

Very good, the shortcut needs to have the same creator ID as the app for the HotSync Manager and conduit, to recognize it. This is also how PowerRun works too :)!
