MemoryMgr.c Line:4058, NULL handle

My Palm TX right now soft resets every day at exactly 9am, 10am, 11am and noon, consistently and without fail. It doesn't seem to correspond with a recent software install, as I haven't installed anything new in recent history. When I pull up the information in Reset Doctor, it is the same reason every time: "MemoryMgr.c Line:4058, NULL handle" I don't have anything with alarms set, and the only timed function I have is the auto-backup on NVBackup (which is set for 1:00 AM).

Has anyone ever encountered anything like this? Thank you for your help!

Hi,
try Resco Explorer. The control panel will show you any alarms pending at the time!

Resco Explorer is an all around excellent app and would tell you right away what is going on here. If you need something in a hurry try NoAlarms (freeware) and just tap the view alarms button.

Even if you use noalarms, give RE a whirl, I wouldn't be without it on my TX.

Thanks for the information. I installed Resco Explorer, and when I look at the alarms section, I have NVBackup for 1AM, and Date & Time for 04/05/09 at 1am (not sure what that is), and it turns out a task alarm was set. I deleted it, reset my Palm to 8:59am, and when it hit 9, it did not reset. :D

I installed Resco Explorer, and when I look at the alarms section, [...] Date & Time for 04/05/09 at 1am (not sure what that is)'Date & Time' is the Date & Time Prefs panel, 04/05/09 is the date of the next Day Light Saving Time shift.
