PLEASE HELP! problems with my screen

today when turn on my nx I sAW THAT the screen stay all black when i turn to the other side i can see everything but i see son lines and the the right side of the screen looks white, i'm trying both reset and the problem continue some body can help me

The only thing I can suggest is a hard reset. That will erase everything, but necessary to make sure it's not a software glitch.

If it's still bad, then I am afraid you'll have to send it back to Sony. Call them and they will ship you a box to send it in. A new screen is not cheap, but the price varies.

I do all the reset and the problem continue , the people of sony tall me that we have to send the clie to san diego because is the only place that can fix my clie under the warranty.

Sony will need to repair the screen. I had good luck with Sony service. I had my 665 sent out and returned fixed in less than a week.
