It will work with your 665. It comes with all of the software needed. You will need to set up a new connection in prefs and pair your clie with the phone. I have set up one connection for my phone for email etc, and another for my laptop for hotsyncing without the cradle. The only thing that I couldn't get to work is MS import via Bluetooth.

Yes. I have used the MSB1 on the T665 at work, and use it daily on my NR70 (which is the same OS and CPU as the T665). I use it at home with a USB dongle, and at work via a PC with built-in BT. I surf and email using the Xiino browser, and chat with ICQ.
I could also hotsync, but don't bother because it is WAY-SLOW over BT.
Battery life kind of sucks when running BT continuously, but it is a real convenience at work. I take notes during the day with Teal Tools (Teal Pad) and email them to the appropriate departments at the end of the day. Much easier than digging through my pockets looking for scraps of scratch paper and typing them up later to send them.

Well, it would be tough for MS import to access your memory stick anyway, seeing as how your clie MS slot would be occupied by your BT MS...
